Over 30 years of machining experience which has covered almost every sector known to man including nuclear, aerospace, petrochemical, defence, marine, motorsport and automotive (I've only made jigs for the space sector so my machined components haven't made it into space.. yet!) All this at very different scales too.. from micron precision components through to large scale fabrications and forgings in excess of 30 tonnes. I've also been using computer technology such as 3D CAD/CAM as a manufacturing aid for over 20 years and specialise in designing complex work holding, CNC & CMM programming as well as manual inspection - all to ensure an accurate, proven and reliable product . I've been fortunate enough to work within blue chip companies as well as being a direct supplier to them in subcontract environments (like All British Precision) where we never know where the next challenge is coming from.
